Improving Campus Water Access: The 2015 Hand-Pump Project

In 2015, CASS completed a hand-pump project to improve access to water on the school site. The project began in March and involved digging the well, preparing concrete culverts, obtaining the pump and accessories, and creating a protected area around the installation.

The completed hand pump addressed a practical campus need and supported the daily life of the school community. The project is one example of the steady infrastructure work that accompanied CASS’s early academic growth.
